What happens after you "Speak Up"?

What happens after you

Unilever’s reputation for doing business with integrity and respect for others is an asset, as valuable as its people and its brands. To maintain our reputation requires the highest standards of behaviour.

Unilever’s Code of Business Principles and the policies that support it (together the ‘Code’) set out the standards required from all our employees. Unilever also requires its third-party business partners to adhere to business principles consistent with our own, as set out in Unilever’s Responsible Sourcing Policy and Responsible Business Partner Policy.

If a Unilever employee has any concerns, the first port of call is their line manager or local Business Integrity Officer. Where this is not practical, including where the person wanting to report an issue does not work for the company or anonymity is required, this externally supported web and phone option can be used.
